Enter the grounds through the privacy gate to enjoy two swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi, waterfalls and your private tennis court. Inside the beautiful mansion are gorgeous slate and wooden flooring. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and lots of sliding glass doors that open to the pool area creating a huge indoor / outdoor living space complete with privacy and magnificent ocean views and breezes. The dining room opens onto the outdoor lanai where there is additional outdoor dining and barbeque area. The Mini Resort easily sleeps 12 to 14 guests, allowing privacy for multi-generation reunions or corporate retreats.
